Privacy

Sandy Tiles stores your puzzle progress on your device. A player account is not required.

Who provides the game

Sandy Tiles is provided by mpenapps, Greece, European Union. For support or privacy enquiries, email mpenapps@protonmail.com.

Progress and settings

The game keeps levels, coins, boost credits, the current puzzle, and sound and accessibility settings locally. It does not upload the save file. Deleting the app removes local game data; a verified App Store purchase can be restored separately.

Limited gameplay analytics

We use Aptabase’s European Union region to understand how the game is played. The app sends a session_start event and a session_end summary. During play, action counts stay in memory and are batched in the end summary.

The summary can include session duration, starting and ending level, levels advanced and completed, moves, selections, completed collectors, hints and boosts used, restarts, undos, coins earned and spent, rewarded-ad completions, interstitial impressions, and purchase or restore actions. Technical context includes app version, operating system, device model, and locale. Development installs send Debug events.

We do not send a name, email, Apple Account, advertising identifier, persistent player identifier, precise location, or full save to Aptabase. Analytics are used to improve the game, not to build advertising profiles.

Purchases

Apple processes the optional one-time Ad Free purchase and consumable coin purchases. Purchased coins are stored on the device; deleting the app removes the balance. We do not receive payment-card details. RevenueCat verifies purchase and restoration using an anonymous app-user ID, product and transaction information, purchase status, and related app and connection information. This lets the game keep Ad Free enabled when the purchase is valid.

Ad Free removes automatic gameplay banners and between-level interstitials. Optional rewarded ads remain available when you choose one for a disclosed boost or coin reward.

Ads and privacy choices

Sandy Tiles uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Consent is requested before ad requests where required. Ads are configured as non-personalized, Google’s publisher first-party ID is disabled, and the app does not request access to the iOS advertising identifier.

Google and its advertising partners may process IP address and approximate location inferred from it, app- or developer-bounded device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, performance information, and crash diagnostics to serve, measure, and protect advertising. The game does not request GPS location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access.

Banners appear during gameplay. Automatic full-screen ads are eligible only after a completed level; there are no launch or resume ads. Reward ads are optional and grant a reward only when Google reports that it was earned. Where required, you can revisit your choices using Ad privacy choices in Settings.

This website and service providers

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and may process basic connection and security information to deliver it. This site has no advertising cookies or website analytics.

Service providers may process data outside the European Union under safeguards described in their notices. Aptabase events use its EU endpoint. Providers retain service records under their policies and applicable obligations. Purchase records support validation and restoration; local saves remain on the device until removed.

Provider notices: Apple, RevenueCat, Google, Aptabase, and Cloudflare.

Privacy enquiries and updates

Where European data-protection rights apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, object to qualifying processing, withdraw consent, or contact your supervisory authority, including the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. Email the publisher to make an enquiry. Anonymous gameplay analytics may not identify an individual player; do not send an Apple password or payment details.

Parents or guardians can contact the publisher about privacy concerns. This notice will be updated when the game’s data practices change; the date above identifies this version.
